The Highlights Tour
Our most popular service is the "Highlights" tour which we operate at scheduled times from both Wareham and Swanage. All our tours are operated from a new 8 seat Landrover, and so a personal service is guaranteed. Booking is essential to reserve you're seat.
The Highlights tour takes you off the beaten track to places you wouldn’t normally get to or even find, and there are plenty of stops to soak up the tranquility and beauty of this World Heritage area. It’s fun, as we drive along rocky tracks up grassy fields and steep slopes, and follows a route though the beautiful Purbeck hills via Corfe Castle, and along the ancient jurassic cliffs. You are spoilt for choice as to what to look at: spectacular 360 degrees panoramic views, wild orchids, birds of prey and all sorts of wildlife, historic monuments, fantastic views of the coast and Poole Harbour, and villages straight off a chocolate box.
This trip, which lasts
for two hours, is the best way to get an
insight into the Purbecks and what it has to offer. A lot of the trip is on top
of hills and ridges so you do get a “Birds Eye” view of the area. Having been on
safari, many locals commented that it looks even better from above. Rob, your driver/guide, has lived
in this part of the world all his life, and has a great love of the Purbecks and
will be able to answer any questions you might have during the tour.

Swanage:
In Swanage we depart from the sea front near the pier, and opposite the Pierhead Tea Gardens (where the owner is happy for you to take a seat while you wait!). See below for a map.
We operate from here on FRIDAYS, SUNDAYS & MONDAYS.
Our tours leave at 10:00, 12:30, 15:00 and 17:30

Wareham:
In Wareham we depart from Abbots Quay, just next to Wareham Boat Hire, and 20 meters around the corner from the Tourist Information Office. Abbots Quay is adjacent to the main Wareham Quay. See below for a map.
